1. Service Description

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or using any feature of this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate email and personal information to complete registration, and are responsible for safeguarding your account password. The account holder bears responsibility for any loss arising from improper password custody. 3. Eligibility

4. Purchases and Payment

Course prices and pricing models (one-time purchase or subscription) are as displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment, or upon receipt of a payment-confirmation notification. Subscription courses must be renewed before each period’s expiry date; access will be suspended if not renewed on time.

6. Intellectual Property

Copyright in course content (including but not limited to videos, handouts, slides, and quiz questions) belongs to the original creator or the Platform. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, distribution, public transmission, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

• You may not lend, rent, or transfer your account to another person
• You may not use any technical means to bypass course access controls or content protection mechanisms
• You may not record, screen-capture, download outside the platform’s own download features, or otherwise reproduce any video, audio, or live tutorial session provided under a course
• You may not post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or advertising content in lesson discussions, reviews, or other comment features

8. Service Changes and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time. Material changes will be announced in advance or communicated by email to users who have purchased courses.

9. Disclaimer

This service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. the Platform is not liable for service interruptions arising from force majeure or third-party service outages (such as payment processors or cloud hosting), but will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

11. Consent to Electronic Transactions and Signatures
