Sign in the familiar way
Learners sign in with an email and password, or straight with a Google account.

One account, a set number of devices
You set how many devices a learner can be signed in on at once. Past the limit, the one used longest ago is signed out.

Make sure the email is real
People who sign up verify their email first. If a learner never gets the mail, you can release them yourself.

Email and password

Learners sign up and in with Google next to email and password, on your teachvix.com address and on a custom domain.
Self-service password reset
A learner who forgets a password resets it by email.
Failed-login lockout
Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for a while.
Device limit
Limit how many devices one account can be signed in on; a new device always works and the least recently used one is signed out.
Sign-up verification
New sign-ups verify their email first; if the mail never arrives, you can release them.
One account per school
An account belongs to one school; the same person at two schools has two separate accounts.
Two-step verification
Teacher dashboard accounts can add a 6-digit authenticator code, with 8 recovery codes.
Export and delete data
Learners can export their own data or delete their account themselves.
