Affiliate program

Manage your affiliates under Marketing → Affiliates (owner only). Anyone can apply from your storefront's affiliate page, you approve or reject each applicant, and approved affiliates get a unique referral link that earns commission on resulting sales — you set the commission rate.

Available on the Growth plan and above.

When a commission is earned

• Only approved affiliates earn commission. A code belonging to an affiliate who is still pending, or whom you rejected, earns nothing. This is checked again when the payment comes in, so rejecting an affiliate after a buyer has placed an order also stops that order's commission.
• No commission on your own purchase. An affiliate who enters their own code when buying earns nothing.
• Shipping isn't included. For courses with physical shipping, commission is calculated on the course amount only.
• Refunded orders stop counting. The commission totals on the affiliate's dashboard and on your Affiliates page only add up orders that are still paid.
• Subscriptions earn on the first payment only. Later automatic renewals don't create new commissions.
