Lead submissions: see and export contacts from your forms

Everything submitted through a Form block collects here, with search and CSV export.

On this page

Add a Form block to a custom page (see the page builder) and the contact details visitors leave collect under Marketing → Leads. You need the Marketing permission to see it.

What the form collects

Visitors enter an email (required) and a name; if the block has it turned on there's a phone field too. This does not create a student account — people who leave their details can't log in and don't get any course.

The list

  • Each row shows email, name, phone, the source form (the label set on the block, or the page title if none) and when it was sent.
  • The search box above finds entries by email.
  • "Export CSV" downloads the whole list.

Sync to an email marketing platform

If you connected Mailchimp, ConvertKit or MailerLite under School settings → Tracking & integrations, people who submit the form are synced there too, tagged "form" plus the source form's label, so you can segment them. A failed sync never stops the visitor's submission.

How this differs from lead magnets

A lead magnet lets a visitor claim a free course with their email; those people become students and can be emailed from Email broadcasts by choosing "Lead magnet leads". Lead submissions here are just contact details from a form: they don't become students and aren't a broadcast recipient group — export the CSV into your email marketing tool to write to them.
