School currency
Which currency your school sells in, where it comes from, and why you can't change it later.
Your school's currency is decided by the country you chose when you created the school: Malaysia → MYR, Singapore → SGD, Hong Kong → HKD, Taiwan → TWD. Course prices, orders, receipts and the Analytics figures all use it.
It can't be changed in School settings. Changing it later would raise the question of what happens to orders already placed in the old currency, so the country and currency are fixed at sign-up.
The currency limits which payment gateways can be used (some, like Stripe and PayPal, accept any currency; others only certain ones) — pick one that can collect your school's currency (see the payment articles in this category). For example, a Stripe account is connected for the country it was opened in, and some gateways exist only for one country. Students from other countries can still pay with a card; the amount is charged in your school's currency.
